How Many Stereotypes About Jews Can The DNC Throw Into One Memo?

In a webpage that runs just 660 words, the word “Jewish” appears five times.

This is at the bottom of that web page lest anyone say that the DNC is not involved:

The Democratic National Committee has a website set up to attack potential McCain running mates as “The Next Cheney”, and within is an expose on Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA), and guess what?

He is a JEW that hangs around other JEWS, because we all know that the Jews stick together :

Cantor Was Actually Around a Lot of Suspicious Abramoff Events

An idiot at best:

“Barack Obama’s ad is ridiculous. Because of John McCain, corruption was exposed and people like Jack Abramoff went to jail.

However, if Barack Obama wants to have a discussion about truly questionable associations, let’s start with his relationship with the unrepentant terrorist William Ayers, at whose home Obama’s political career was reportedly launched. Mr. Ayers was a leader of the Weather Underground, a terrorist group responsible for countless bombings against targets including the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon and numerous police stations, courthouses and banks. In recent years, Mr. Ayers has stated, ‘I don’t regret setting bombs … I feel we didn’t do enough.’

“The question now is, will Barack Obama immediately call on the University of Illinois to release all of the records they are currently withholding to shed further light on Senator Obama’s relationship with this unrepentant terrorist?” –McCain spokesman Brian Rogers

Obama is in a free-fall.

As Russian tanks rolled into the Republic of Georgia and the presidential candidates met over the weekend in the first joint issues forum of the fall campaign, the latest polling includes drama almost as compelling - Republican John McCain has taken a five-point lead over Democrat Barack Obama in the race for President, the latest Reuters/Zogby telephone survey shows.

McCain leads Obama by a 46% to 41% margin.

And McCain not only enjoys a five-point edge in a two-way race against Obama, but also in a four-way contest including liberal independent candidate Ralph Nader and Libertarian Bob Barr, the poll reveals. In the four-way contest, McCain wins 44% support, Obama 39%, Barr 3% and Nader 2%.

This latest Reuters/Zogby poll is a dramatic reversal from the identical survey taken last month – in the July 9-13 Reuters/Zogby survey, Obama led McCain, 47% to 40%. In the four-way race last month, Obama held a 10-point lead over McCain.

The moral of Matthews tales is: If you don’t vote for Obama, you are a racist!

CHRIS MATTHEWS: Let me ask you this.  Isn’t he [McCain] handing out permission slips to vote against Barack?  “Inexperience” is my favorite.  Because you could have all kinds of problems with Barack Obama: ethnically, politically, culturally, class—I don’t know what the adjective is for class, but “classily.”  And you can have every problem in the world with Mrs. Obama. But you could hide it all under, not hide it all, you could present it all under one word: “you know, I’ve got nothing against him.  He’s a bright young man with a quality education, interesting new ideas. But he’s not quite ready yet.” And that’s a fair critique which covers all your reasons for opposing him.

The Democrat Party platform’s hidden Soros Slush Fund

Copyright 2008The Democrat Party platform is like a bag of pork rinds. You never know what high-fat liberal government morsel you’re gonna get.

Buried in the 94-page document is a noble-sounding proposal to create a “Social Investment Fund Network.” The program would provide federal money to “social entrepreneurs and leading nonprofit organizations [that] are assisting schools, lifting families out of poverty, filling health care gaps, and inspiring others to lead change in their own communities.” The Democrat Party promises to “support these results-oriented innovators” by creating an office to “coordinate government and nonprofit efforts” and then showering “a series of grants” on the chosen groups “to replicate these programs nationwide.”

It Looks Like Joe “I’d rather be at home making love to my wife while my children are asleep,” Biden Will Be Obama’s VP Pick

From the archives is this quote from Joe:

“I’d rather be at home making love to my wife while my children are asleep,”

Speaking to a group of 130 twenty- and thirty-something supporters of his leadership PAC last Thursday, Biden indicated that while he thinks he could be an effective chief executive, as far as the job itself goes, he could take it or leave it.

“I’d rather be at home making love to my wife while my children are asleep,” he said.

With that kind of enthusiasm, who wouldn’t pick Joe!?  It looks like Obama is ready to name Biden as the VP candidate on the Democratic ticket.

Alert: The Chicago Annenberg Challenge/Obama/Ayers/ Daley Records Cover-up

ayersflagstomp.jpg

A cover-up in the making?

The problem of Barack Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers will not go away. Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn were terrorists for the notorious Weather Underground during the turbulent 1960s, turning fugitive when a bomb — designed to kill army officers in New Jersey — accidentally exploded in a New York townhouse. Prior to that, Ayers and his cohorts succeeded in bombing the Pentagon. Ayers and Dohrn remain unrepentant for their terrorist past. Ayers was pictured in a 2001 article for Chicago magazine, stomping on an American flag, and told the New York Times just before 9/11 that the notion of the United States as a just and fair and decent place “makes me want to puke.” Although Obama actually launched his political career at an event at Ayers’s and Dohrn’s home, Obama has dismissed Ayers as just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood,” and “not somebody who I exchange ideas from on a regular basis.” For his part, Ayers refuses to discuss his relationship with Obama.

Obama’s proposals will make an already complex tax system even more Byzantine

Obama’s Tax Proposals Make a Complex System Worse

Read the article but this portion caught my eye:

In 2006, the top 50 percent of taxpayers made seven times the income of the bottom 50 percent, but they paid 32.4 times as much in taxes. Does anyone really believe that those in the top 50 percent got even seven times the benefits from government that those in the bottom 50 percent received?

Obama referring to Bush now as “John McCain’s president”

Media Blog’s less than amused to find the candidate of Hopenchange pulling tired shadow-government rhetoric from Ace’s Little Leftwing Book of Civil Political Discourse, but we are after all talking about a guy with his own presidential seal. This reminds me of when Democrats go abroad to commiserate with enemy leaders in that I’m never sure what the proper response is: Tit for tat, or take the high road? Complaining about it doesn’t do any good, but “let’s see how you like it when we do it” seems vastly worse. Exit question: How do you solve this problem? Besides, of course, putting Obama on the spot by asking him to tell us who “his” president is.

Want an Obama lawn sign? Cough up the cash!

State House Member Tyrone Ellis (D-Starkville) received a travel voucher from the Billy McCoy (D-Rienzi) led House of Representatives to attend the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado next week for “educational” purposes. These expenditures are apparently approved by the House Management Committee chaired by Rep. J. P. Compretta (D - Bay St. Louis).

The stated purpose of the trip was “educational”. Ironically, they misspelled “Colorada”.

Still on the fence?

John McCain talked constantly to the press, giving analysis steeped in his personal experience with Georgia and Russia and explaining the stakes involved for the US and the West, as well as how to address the sudden example of Russian imperialism.  Barack Obama issued contradictory statements and refused to take questions while secluding himself in Hawaii.

“I believe party unity calls for the delegates from Florida and Michigan to be able to participate fully alongside the delegates from the other states and territories,” he wrote. “Democrats in Florida and Michigan must know they are full partners and colleagues in our historic mission to reshape Washington and lead our country in a new direction.”

Gee, I wonder what changed his mind?  Remember this:

I’ll leave it up to the Democratic National Committee to make a decision about how to resolve it,” Obama told ABC News last night. “But I certainly want to make sure that we’ve got Michigan and Florida delegates at the convention in some fashion.”

Keep in mind, it was the rules committee that clinched the nomination for Obama:
